Cancellation & Refund Policies
1.1 – Guests may cancel their ticket anytime after purchase. Cancellation means giving up the originally booked space. Guests may not attend the event unless they acquire or purchase another ticket. Any refund solicitation will always follow our Refund Policy, stated below.
2.1 – Reservations can be changed once for free, then fees may apply. Changes are only possible until 3 days before the event, subject to availability, and the new date must be within 14 days of the original.
2.5 – ESN / Student Tickets: Guests who booked a discounted student ticket but fail to present a valid student ID (with name and picture) will be required to pay the price difference at the meeting point.
3.1 – 100% Refund: Guests are entitled to a 100% refund (minus a 5€ cancellation fee per person) if they cancel their ticket a week (7 days) or more before the event.
3.2 – 50% Refund: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund if they cancel between 72 hours and one week before the event.
3.3 – No Refund: Guests are not entitled to a refund if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event.
4.1 – Cancellations by Split After Dark: We will refund 100% or reschedule all guests if the event is cancelled due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., bad weather, boat problems).
Event Terms & Conditions
5.1 – No Outside Alcohol: Only sealed water bottles can be brought onto the boat. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated.
5.6 – Intoxication: Overly intoxicated guests will not be allowed to access the event and will have their tickets cancelled without refund rights.
5.7 – Late Arrival: Check-in closes at 9:00 PM sharp. We reserve the right to resell your spot and deny entry if you do not check in by this time.
7.1 – Liability: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages done to Split After Dark property. Guests are fully liable for themselves and anyone they purchase tickets for.
8.1 – Content Policy: By purchasing a ticket, guests grant Split After Dark the right to use photos and videos from the event for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
After-Party Policies
9.1 – Right of Refusal: Split After Dark will not be held liable if a guest is denied entry to the after-party club due to excessive intoxication, bad behaviour, or failure to arrive at the specified time.
9.2 – Third-Party Venue: The after-party is hosted at a third-party venue. Split After Dark cannot be held liable for anything that occurs within the club. Once inside, the venue’s own Terms & Conditions apply.
